I purchased this for the business but we also used it for a family gathering recently. I was very impressed with the quality of this product and some of the new innovative features that came with it like the hold down spikes and a place to put them in the case. There are plates that hold the legs down (we used the weights from the weight bench on top of thes plates and worked well as we had 30 mile an hour winds) and storage for these as well , in the case. The pull pins are a great idea to take the tent down. The awning is a bit loose but still works OK. There is a place to add a sign that comes with the tent but in my opinion is a bit small. That’s OK because the tent has loops that you can hook a bungee to and use either a banner or a plastic sign. We did not yet open the sides of the tent but they also have a place in the case to keep them. The case itself is a bit tight to get the tent back into but still works well and the case has wheels. In addtion I was able to purchse this with sides for the same price as Sam’s Club without sides. All in all, I would recommend this product.

The E-Z Up tent in this size is pretty much the “gold standard” at the local flea market. I’ve used mine for two years and I love it. There are a couple of tricks for putting it up but I can do it alone in five minutes and I watch the occasional person who sets up a regular tent where you have to fit all the poles together and I’m grateful to have this one! Make sure you weight the legs if there are going to be high winds or strong gusts, and you’re good to go. I’ve also put it up in my yard when I needed to do some outside work while it was raining and it efficiently keeps out the rain with the zippered sides installed. All in all a great buy and it weathers well.

Have owned one of these for at least 6 maybe 8 years. Had it screwed down on my deck for 2 seasons. Best shelter ever, but one day in a massive storm the wind twisted the frame just enough for water to pool and down it came. Patched the holes, put in a new center pole and back in business. Only problem now is the fabric must have stretched over the years and now it pools all the time. Looking to buy a new one as I was sold on this one even with the damage. Will no longer leave out all season long and want to use it just camping and cookouts so it ought to last a life time. Very surprised to see all the bad reviews. Maybe they are made differently now????
